Tennessee legislators miss the target by passing restrictive bills out of committee that penalize patients and freeze out small growers.  The bill would force patient to give up their driver’s license for the entire duration of their treatment.  Meanwhile only six providers would be allowed and each provider applicant would have to pay $50,000.00 to be considered, keep $1,000,000.00 in escrow and be bonded for $5,000,000.00… sound like only established large tobacco farmers will get a chance to participate as providers and sick patients will have to use public transportation.
